Two minimalist caps complete the architecture-matte porcelain-white and satin onyx-black-each ringed with a fine gold bezel for a jewelry-like accent. Every lot follows a documented control plan: incoming material checks → in-process dimension and appearance audits → final release. We verify color with spectrophotometers; measure neck threads and fit via digital gauges; run vacuum/pressure leak tests; perform 1.2–1.5 m drop simulations; torque/force tests for caps; spray-rate and atomization tests for pumps; salt-spray for metal parts; cross-hatch and solvent-rub for ink/varnish adhesion; environmental cycling for coating stability. Sampling uses AQL standards with full traceability by date code and pallet ID. Only lots that pass machine tests and human inspection move to packing.
