Custom Perfume Packaging
Custom perfume packaging starts with a bottle, but the finished result depends on how every component works together. At Xiamen Tiumsen Cosmetics Co., Ltd., we manufacture and supply glass perfume bottles with matching pumps, caps, decoration and outer packaging for fragrance brands, importers and wholesalers.
We work with customers selecting an existing bottle for a new fragrance, developing a coordinated collection or creating a distinctive bottle shape. Bring us your reference images, artwork or packaging specifications. We will review the bottle and component options with you and establish what needs to be confirmed before production.
Choose the Right Starting Point
An existing bottle design is often a practical starting point when its shape and capacity already suit your product. Colour coating, printed artwork, a different cap and a matching box can give that bottle a recognisable brand identity.
A new bottle design is worth considering when the required shape, proportions or dimensions are not available in our existing range. This route involves additional design, tooling and sample approval work. We discuss these requirements early so that the development plan reflects your order quantity, budget and launch schedule.

Bottles, Pumps, Caps and Boxes
We consider the assembled package when discussing your order. Selecting each component separately can leave fitting questions unresolved until sampling or filling.
Glass bottles: Capacity, overall dimensions, bottle weight and the area available for decoration form the basis of selection. If you plan to offer several sizes, we review which designs can support the collection.
Spray pumps and collars: The pump must match the bottle's neck specification. Dip tube length, collar appearance and the intended filling and closing process also need to be confirmed. Where you already have a pump supplier or filling partner, share their specifications during the selection stage.
Caps: Cap material, proportions, finish and fit all contribute to the finished package. We review compatible options alongside the bottle and pump, including the assembled height and the appearance of the collar beneath the cap.
Boxes and inserts: We can support matching outer packaging. Box dimensions and the insert should be based on the assembled bottle, with enough protection for the cap and decorated surfaces.
Build a Consistent Fragrance Collection
A fragrance range may need different colours or artwork while retaining the same basic packaging. We help customers coordinate the bottle, cap, decoration and box across those variations.
For a collection with several capacities, we begin by reviewing the available bottle dimensions. The same artwork may need adjustments between sizes to keep lettering readable and the visual proportions balanced. A logo positioned for a larger bottle should be checked again on the smaller version.
Share the complete range at the quotation stage, including the expected quantity for each size and fragrance. This makes it easier to identify shared components and separate decoration requirements before samples are prepared.
Confirm Decoration on the Actual Bottle
Our custom perfume packaging options include colour coating, silk-screen printing, hot stamping and frosting, with other finishes reviewed against the selected bottle and desired result.
The right method depends on the artwork, bottle surface and effect you want to achieve. Fine lettering, a metallic logo and a full-colour coating create different production requirements. A physical reference can be useful where colour or texture is difficult to communicate on screen.
For artwork review, please provide:
An editable artwork file, with fonts outlined where possible.
The intended print dimensions and position.
Colour codes or a physical colour reference.
Images showing the finish you want to achieve.
Digital renderings help establish the design direction. Physical samples allow the colour, placement and finish to be assessed on the bottle itself. Changes should be resolved during sample approval so that production follows a clearly agreed reference.
From Design Review to Production Approval
The sample stages depend on the project. An existing bottle with a printed logo requires different preparation from a newly developed bottle with several custom components.
For new designs, drawings, 3D renderings and prototypes help review dimensions and appearance before moving further into development. An appearance prototype serves a different purpose from a production sample; it does not establish how the final glass bottle and components will perform together.
Before confirming the order, the project specifications should cover the bottle, pump, cap, decoration and packing arrangement. If your filling company has specific requirements, involve them in the sample review. Filling trials and checks with the actual fragrance should be agreed with the responsible parties before bulk use.
Quality Inspection and Export Packing
Our quality team checks components and provides an inspection report for each order. The agreed product specifications and approved samples give the order a clear reference for inspection.
Depending on the packaging configuration, the inspection scope may include bottle appearance, dimensions, component fit, decoration position and assembly checks. Any particular acceptance criteria or testing requirements should be raised before the order is confirmed.
Packing is also reviewed against the supplied configuration. Plain bottles, decorated bottles and assembled packaging may need different arrangements. Carton dividers, protective materials and pallet requirements are discussed with the aim of reducing contact damage and keeping the shipment organised for receiving and filling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use different artwork for several fragrances in one order?
We can review multiple artwork versions within a collection. Send the quantity for each version and identify which components remain the same. Separate artwork, colours or finishes may affect setup requirements, minimum quantities and pricing.
Can you supply bottles compatible with our existing pumps?
We can assess compatibility using your pump specifications and, where needed, physical samples. The neck dimensions and assembly requirements must be checked. A similar appearance or nominal size alone is not enough to confirm a suitable fit.
What should I provide if I only have a reference image?
Send the image together with your preferred capacity, estimated quantity and target delivery date. Tell us which features matter most, such as the shape, base, cap or colour. We can then discuss an existing bottle option or assess whether further design development is needed.
Discuss Your Perfume Packaging Requirements
To request a quotation, send your preferred capacity, estimated quantity per design, reference images and decoration requirements. Include any pump or cap specifications, box requirements and delivery destination.
If some details are still undecided, tell us what has already been established. We can work through the remaining packaging choices with you before preparing the quotation.
