Yes, We provide samples, while, the freight for express is on buyer's account. For the samples in stock, we can send to you as soon as you make the payment.

2. What customization services can you provide?

Painting, screen printing, hot stamping, sticker, boxes, etc.

A. Painting: Please provide Pantone code.

B. Logo: File in AI or PDF format. Please note in the AI file, pictures need to be embedded and letters outlined.

C. Box: Please provide your design in AI or PDF format. 

3. How products are packed?

A. Without customization, common carton box.

B. With customization, carton box plus individual slots.

C. Negotiable if bubble wrap, wooden structure or other special package requested.

4. What is the lead time?

Without customization 5-7 days, customization 15-20 days. Quantity over 10k, the lead time needs to be consulted.

5. What is your shipping terms?

A. For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc can be provided.

B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
