2. Confirmation on price, lead time, artwork, payment term, and samples.

3. Signning on contract between client and us.

4. Arranging deposit by T/T, Trade assurance, Western union or L./C.

5. Shipping and getting BL copy then informing clients to pay balance.

6. Getting feedback from clients on our service adn so on.

Q1. About Sample:

Free samples are available, but it’s freight collect or you pay shipping cost in advance.

Q2. About QC :

Quality comes first. We have professional QC team to control quality during the production. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.

Q3. About Lead Time:

If our goods are stock items, delivery time is 5-10days.

For bulk production, generally is 15-35 days. It depend on the order details.

Normal safe package is master carton or pallet. But customized package is also available,such as individual inner box, assembly packaging, do label stickers...

Q5. About color confirmation :

Before the post processing of production, for example, printing and painting, Factory will confirm the color with pre-production

sample or by Pantone color card. To make sure the color is same or extremely as your need.
